Yale Doorman toppar listan över smarta lås och är ett populärt val för hushåll i hela Norden, medan PowerG står ut som den främsta tekniken inom trådlös säkerhet, känd för sin långdistanssäkra kommunikation och imponerande batterilivslängd. Genom att integrera dessa två system förvandlas Yale Doorman-låset till ett kraftfullt komplement till hemmets säkerhetssystem, vilket ger användare en ökad komfort och överlägsen kontroll över sina bostäder, samtidigt som säkerheten förbättras avsevärt.

Efter att ha utrustat dörrlåset med Yale Doorman PowerG-modulen, möjliggörs en sömlös hantering av både lås och säkerhetssystem direkt via en enda applikation. Detta innebär att om dörren skulle öppnas på ett oväntat sätt, utlöser säkerhetssystemet genast ett larm. Utöver detta erbjuder systemet funktioner för fjärrstyrning av användarkoder och passerkort, skickar notiser vid låg batterinivå samt andra relevanta låsstatusar. Användarna har även tillgång till realtidsuppdateringar gällande låsets status och aktiviteter, allt tillgängligt via säkerhetspanelen eller en mobilapp.

Integrationen stöds av IQPanel 4, Hub samt kommande NS & IQPro, alla paneler godkända av SBSC med målgruppen professionella installatörer.

Johnson Controls and Yale integrate PowerG wireless security technology with the Yale Doorman Smart Lock

Easily installed add-on to the already-popular door lock boosts access convenience and security, and opens new opportunities for installers to expand their smart home security business

MILWAUKEE – (October 11, 2023) – Johnson Controls, the global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, and Yale, the leading provider of smart home security solutions, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, today announced the new Yale Doorman PowerG radio module, a small, easy-to-install unit that integrates the Yale Doorman Smart Lock with PowerG smart home security systems.

This integration transforms the Yale Doorman lock into an extension of the security system, providing users with more convenience and control of their homes and boosting their security.

With the Yale Doorman PowerG module installed in their door lock, users can effortlessly manage both the lock and the security system in the same application. If the door is opened unexpectedly, the security system will activate an alarm. Users can also remotely manage their door lock user codes and proximity tags, get notifications of low battery and other lock conditions, and see real-time door lock status and events via their security panel or mobile app.

The Yale Doorman PowerG module is available for Yale Doorman V2/V2N and L3/L3S locks. It also supports the Qolsys IQ Panel platform smart home security systems. Professional installers can easily add the radio module to both new and already installed Yale Doorman locks.
